On the nose it is complex, mineral, spicy, with scents typical of red fruits in alcohol.
On the palate it is very balanced, warm, soft, full-bodied, very persistent.
The suggesting serving temperature is 18°C.

PRODUCTION: Vinification by maceration with controlled temperature at 24°-28°C. After malolactic fermentation, refinement in American barrique at least for 3 – 6 months.
COLOUR : Really elegant red wine.
BOUQUET : Intense fruity aromas of mature plums and cherry jam. Slightly aromatic with a finish of vanilla and cocoa.
TASTE : Smooth and full of ripe tannins.
ALCOHOL : 12,5% vol.
